Gina is a results-driven real estate professional with over 30 years experience selling and marketing urban and suburban new home developments. She has both directly sold and managed the sales and marketing teams on over 70 urban condominium high-rise, mid-rise, conversion, adaptive reuse and suburban single family developments throughout the West Coast. She spearheaded the sales and marketing efforts on urban luxury high rises with nationally and internationally recognized developers such as Lendlease, Tishman Speyer, The Kor Group, Related Group, AEG Worldwide and Pacific Eagle Holdings. These developments spanned many markets and geographic locations and ranged from Santana Row (San Jose), Infinity Towers (San Francisco), Ritz Carlton Residences at LA Live (LA) and numerous new developments throughout San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Denver and Reno.
During her 10 years as Executive Director with The Mark Company, she managed over 65 agents across 25 developments annually. Most recently she quadrupled the sales absorption at The Stand in San Rafael, directly selling-out (within one year) the remaining 21 homes and townhomes priced from 1.5M to 2.6M, and exceeding developer absorption and revenue goals.
