Andrea comes to SagePoint with over a decade of experience and a proven track record in residential new development and real estate sales and operations. Her career in the industry has been diverse, encompassing a variety of offerings and locales including suburban single-family homes, high-end resort residences, and large-scale luxury urban communities.
As a strategic partner to developers, builders, and sales teams, Andrea specializes in translating complex, high-value residential offerings into curated buyer journeys that accelerate absorption, protect brand equity, and deliver measurable outcomes. Her work spans $400M–$900M developments, from legacy-driven, architecturally significant communities to high-density urban projects, where she leads with both development fluency and sales execution to unlock value at every stage.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Sage Point Real Estate Company, she directs real estate operations and client strategy, bridging the priorities of investors, legal advisors, builders, and discerning buyers to deliver seamless transactions and enduring trust, especially through moments of uncertainty, contract complexity, and shifting timelines. Known for identifying friction points across the buyer lifecycle, whether in team coordination, buyer education, or sales operations, she designs and implements strategies that keep projects moving, buyers engaged, and stakeholder interests aligned.
Most recently, Andrea was a key member of the teams at two notable luxury projects in San Francisco, One Mission Bay and Yerba Buena Island, and drove sales efforts at wine country’s newest luxury condominium offering at Mill District in Healdsburg. Andrea graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in English and holds an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nebraska.
