Founder & Principal

For more than 15 years, Curtis has focused on providing residential and resort real estate development consulting services, with special emphasis in resort and hospitality. Curtis is the corporate broker for SagePoint and specializes in brokerage compliance, business development and operations.

Curtis has held various sales positions for real estate developers and financial services companies. Prior to his real estate career, he was an eight year member of the United States and World Championship Ski Team. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno. Curtis is a California and Nevada licensed broker.

Curtis leverages his wealth of experience, market insight, and commitment to superior service to meet clients’ specific needs in a timely manner—underscoring his reputation as one of the leaders in resort sales and marketing on the West Coast.

Michelle Antic

Principal

Michelle has 20 years of diverse experience in real estate development, marketing and sales. Michelle focuses on pre-development planning and design advisement, and developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.

While her industry experience is broad, her focus has always been to ensure the successful sell-out of every community. She has been involved in high-density, mid-density, and single family developments, and master planned communities, comprised of more than 10,000 units and more than $3 billion in sales revenue.

Michelle is a California licensed broker and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jeff Condon

Jeff Condon

Principal

For more than 10 years, Jeff has focused on acquiring, managing and selling residential properties and providing analytic services to developers and their investors. Jeff directs all business development activities and market analysis services for SagePoint.

Jeff has a background specializing in residential and commercial real estate and an extensive track record in the acquisition, management and disposition of residential developments. In a prior position at Kennedy Wilson Investment Group, he was responsible for acquiring and managing over $500 Million in assets mainly focusing on condominium and multifamily properties, in addition to industrial, retail, land, and hotel assets.

Jeff has a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and he is a California licensed broker.
